Underage Policy

1. Adults only

Elska is intended for users aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live. We ask you to confirm your age at sign-up, and we may require further verification at any time.

2. Zero tolerance

It is absolutely prohibited to use the Service to create, request, upload, describe, solicit or distribute any material that depicts or sexualises a minor, whether real or fictional, and whether photographic, drawn or AI-generated. This includes:

• prompts describing a character as a child, or using age markers, school settings or developmental descriptions to imply one;
• uploading a photograph of a minor for any purpose;
• attempting to make an adult character appear underage through appearance, clothing, body description or roleplay framing;
• evading filters through misspellings, coded terms or indirect phrasing.

Our character generation applies hard constraints intended to prevent underage appearance. Attempting to defeat them is itself a breach of this policy.

3. What happens if you breach it

We terminate the account immediately and permanently, forfeit any remaining balance, preserve the relevant records, and report the matter to law enforcement and to the appropriate child-protection body, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable. We cooperate fully with subsequent investigations. We do not accept appeals in these cases.

4. If you are under 18

Leave now and do not create an account. If you already have one, write to ffan45972@gmail.com and we will delete it and its data.

5. Reporting

If you believe a minor is using the Service, or that content on it sexualises a minor, report it immediately to ffan45972@gmail.com with any evidence you have. Reports are triaged ahead of all other correspondence. You may report anonymously.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

6. Parents and guardians

If you are responsible for a minor who has accessed the Service, write to ffan45972@gmail.com. We will close the account and delete the data. You may also wish to use device-level or network-level parental controls, which restrict access to adult sites generally.
