Community Guidelines

1. Why these rules exist

What you write and say on Elska is your responsibility, and the platform it happens on is ours. These Guidelines are the short, readable version of the Acceptable Use section of our Terms of Service; where the two differ, the Terms control.

2. Never allowed

• Anything involving minors. No characters who are, look, or are framed as under 18 — through age, school settings, body descriptions, clothing or roleplay. No uploads of minors. No attempts to work around our filters. See the Underage Policy: one strike, permanent, reported.
• Real people. Do not ask a character to be, or to stand in for, a real person — a celebrity, someone you know, an ex — and do not use anyone's photo, name or voice without their consent. Your own profile photo is fine.
• Sexual content that is explicit or graphic. Companions can be affectionate and flirtatious; the Service does not produce pornography, nudity or sexually explicit text and images.
• Hate and harassment. No content that attacks people for who they are (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability), no threats, no doxxing.
• Violence and crime. No glorification of violence, terrorism or self-harm; no instructions for weapons, drugs or other serious crime.
• Deception and abuse of the Service. No scraping, bots, account sharing, reselling output, or extracting our models and prompts.

3. Allowed, with care

• Romantic and affectionate role-play between adults.
• Fictional drama, conflict and dark themes, so long as they are not the prohibited content above.
• Talking about difficult feelings. The character will listen, but it is not a therapist — see AI Disclosure & Wellbeing.

4. How moderation works

Automated systems screen prompts and outputs and can block a request or withhold a result. People review reports and a sample of decisions. Where a rule is broken we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account; a decision to terminate is confirmed by a person. We tell you what happened unless the law prevents it.

5. Reporting

Open the chat menu and tap Report, or email ffan45972@gmail.com. Tell us what you saw and, if you can, when. We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 7 business days; content involving minors or non-consensual imagery is removed immediately on a credible report. 6. Appeals

If we restricted your account and you think we got it wrong, write to ffan45972@gmail.com from the email on the account. A different reviewer will look at it. Cases under the Underage Policy are not appealable.
