Content Removal Policy
If content on Elska depicts you, was made from your likeness, or was published without your consent, write to us and we will take it down. Non-consensual intimate imagery and anything involving a minor are removed on sight, ahead of everything else.
1. Who can ask
- anyone who appears in, or whose likeness was used to generate, the content;
- anyone authorised to act for that person, including a parent or guardian;
- anyone reporting material that sexualises a minor — no relationship to the content is required.
Copyright complaints are handled separately under our DMCA Policy.
2. What we remove
- intimate or sexual imagery of a real person published without their consent, including imagery generated from their photograph;
- any content depicting or sexualising a minor — see the Underage Policy;
- content that uses a real person's face, name or voice to imply endorsement or participation they did not give;
- content that exposes a person's private information;
- content a court has ordered removed.
3. How to submit a request
Email ffan45972@gmail.com with:
- a link to, or clear description of, the content;
- your relationship to it (you are the person depicted, or you act for them);
- why it should be removed;
- a way to contact you.
To confirm that a request concerns you, we may ask for proof of identity. We use it only to verify the request and delete it afterwards. Do not send identity documents until we ask.
4. How we handle it

Where content is removed we also remove copies we can identify, revoke shared links, and prevent regeneration where technically possible. We keep a record of the request and of what we did.
5. If we decline
We will tell you why. You may reply with further information and ask for a second review by a different reviewer, and you retain any legal remedies you have.
6. Abuse of this process
Knowingly false removal requests waste capacity that genuine victims need. We may decline to act on repeated bad-faith requests.
